Project Overview

This project involved the Modern Basement Apartment Renovation of a residential lower level, transforming it into a fully functional and contemporary living space. To begin with, our team executed a total kitchen installation featuring sleek white Shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a central island designed for both utility and social interaction. Furthermore, the open-concept layout was enhanced by the installation of durable wood-texture flooring that runs seamlessly throughout the unit. In addition to the living area, the bathroom underwent a meticulous overhaul, incorporating a walk-in shower with a rainfall head and a custom-tiled niche. Finally, the integration of recessed lighting and updated matte black fixtures ensures a cohesive, polished finish across the entire apartment.
