Project Overview

This project highlights the ongoing structural progress of a new construction Guilford CT. Currently, the residential framing is complete, and the exterior has been fully secured with a weather-resistant moisture barrier. Furthermore, the installation of modern black-frame windows is being finalized to ensure the building envelope is airtight. Consequently, the site is well-prepared for the upcoming phases of exterior siding and interior mechanical rough-ins.
