Project Overview
This project has reached a critical structural milestone, as the interior insulation phase is fully complete and has passed all necessary inspections. Consequently, the site is now prepared for the boarding phase. Throughout the main living areas, standard fiberglass batt insulation has been precisely fitted between the wooden wall studs. Furthermore, the exposed garage ceiling and upper-level roof deck have been treated with spray foam insulation to maximize thermal efficiency and structural sealing. Following the insulation placement, plastic vapor barriers were stapled across the upper-level ceilings to control moisture. Finally, with all electrical and plumbing rough-ins secured behind the studs, heavy stacks of gypsum board have been strategically staged across the various rooms, leaving the entire house ready for drywall.
